The College of Public Administration is one of the constituent colleges of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. The college traces its roots from the then Department of Economics and General Business of the Philippine College of Commerce.
The College awards bachelor’s degrees in economics, banking, political science, public administration, and political economy. It also provides opportunities for graduate-level education (Master of Arts in Economics, Master in Public Administration, and Doctor in Public Administration) through the University’s Graduate School.

- Public organization and proper utilization of human and material resources;
- Integrative processes in the affairs and operations of government, private industry, academic and civil society; and
- Issues, trends and innovations in public administration.
Admission Requirements
- Upper 50% of those who pass the PUP College Entrance Test (PUPCET)
- 82% or better 4th year High School average grade
- An interview by the Dean/Department Chairperson
