The Polytechnic University of the Philippines College of Education (formerly the College of Office Administration and Business Teacher Education) is an academic unit of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, a state university in Manila, Philippines. It is the oldest college of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. The college is situated on the third floor of the main building limited to the east, north and south wings.

Carry out its function of developing educators endowed with a sense of social responsibility and desire for leadership in the spirit of service in their respective fields of specialization. Engage in innovative strategic planning and implementation process for faculty and student development programs that would enhance academic achievement at every level. Provide curricular, co curricular, and interdisciplinary activities that sharpen knowledge, skills, and competencies to make it the leader in teacher education. Build, sustain, and enhance the PUP position as a prime mover in research, technology, and critical issues in education. Evaluate continuously curricular offerings, programs and activities, systems, and processes to make them more relevant and responsive to present educational needs and conditions of society. Design a network of collaborative relationships joining exemplary practitioners and professional colleagues to bridge the gap between academic pursuits and real-world practice.
